Shipping Policy

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally

Domestic Shipping 
Shipping is free on all orders
Order processing is 2-business days
Shipping is 3-5 business days
(excluding weekends & holidays)

Be sure to verify that all of your information is correct upon checking out including your name
 email address, and address. In the event that we cannot send tracking info due to an email error you will be automatically refunded, and funds will reflect on your account between 3-5 business days. In the event that the incorrect address is provided, we will not be held responsible for any lost packages, and you will have to contact USPS. 

After your order is processed you will receive your tracking information via email. If you do not see an update please don't panic and please allow 24hrs for an update, this just means that the package was not scanned through USPS system as of yet.

Please be advised that due to the pandemic shipping delays may occur, so there’s a chance shipping will exceed 3-5 business days. Please be aware that this is out of our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Damages

Any damages that are caused from shipping Zamps will not be held responsible. We highly recommend contacting the carrier USPS to file a claim so please ensure that the original packaging is kept

Lost/Stolen Packages 

If your package is lost or stolen we will not be held accountable. Once the tracking indicates that the package was shipped it is out of our control. Please contact your local USPS to file a claim on the issue.
