email address, and address. In the event that we cannot send tracking info due to an email error you will be automatically refunded, and funds will reflect on your account between 3-5 business days. In the event that the incorrect address is provided, we will not be held responsible for any lost packages, and you will have to contact USPS.
Please be advised that due to the pandemic shipping delays may occur, so there’s a chance shipping will exceed 3-5 business days. Please be aware that this is out of our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Any damages that are caused from shipping Zamps will not be held responsible. We highly recommend contacting the carrier USPS to file a claim so please ensure that the original packaging is kept
If your package is lost or stolen we will not be held accountable. Once the tracking indicates that the package was shipped it is out of our control. Please contact your local USPS to file a claim on the issue.
