International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally

Domestic Shipping 

Once an order is placed the processing turnaround is 2-3 business days. After the order is processed you will receive your tracking information via email (please allow 24hrs for a tracking update) the order will ship via USPS First Class Mail { 1-3 business days }. Due to COVID19 occasionally shipping delays may occur, in the event that a delay occur you will be notified via email.


Any damages that are caused from shipping Zamps will not be held responsible. We highly recommend contacting the carrier USPS to file a claim so please ensure that the original packaging is kept

Lost/Stolen Packages 

If your package is lost or stolen we will not be held accountable. Please contact your local USPS for support on resolving the issue.
