Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the following guidelines: 

In order to receive a refund or exchange on any item please fill out our contact form with your first, last name, order#, and if you are opting for a refund or an exchange. In order to be eligible for a refund please notify us within 24hrs of the order being received or it will be ineligible for a refund. All return merchandise must be received in its original packaging, and original condition without any wear or tear. Any wear or tear items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns must be sent within 14 days from the date that it was delivered. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping cost via USPS. Please ensure that you obtain tracking information for return shipping as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen upon arriving to us. After your refund is approved we will send a notification via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

**For exchanges, please note that the particular item that you want to exchange have a possible chance of being sold out. In the event, that the item is sold out we can exchange it for a similar item of your choice within the same price range.
